Story: Study Meets Adventure

Story: Study Meets Adventure

Kazi Shakil, a B.Sc. Food Engineering student (Session 2020-21) at Bangladesh Agricultural University, was under exam pressure. While his friends planned an exciting tour, Shakil struggled—should he join or stay back and study? He finally came up with a brilliant solution. He decided to go but took his textbook along, determined not to fall behind.
During the trip, they visited the beautiful Niladri Lake. Just before jumping into the crystal-clear water, Shakil sat quietly by the lakeside and started studying Freezing Time and Freezing Rate. Later, while bathing in the lake, he continued reading and exploring the chapter on Rheological Properties of Food.
One of his friends Diganta Dutta , captured that pure, natural, unposed moment—also known as a candid photo—which you can see on Facebook.
That day, Shakil proved you can chase adventure without leaving your responsibilities behind, even in the middle of a lake during a group tour with friends.
Book Name: Food Process Engineering by Dennis R. Heldman (4th edition).
Maybe Dennis R. Heldman never thought his book could be read so effectively—right in the middle of a lake on a friends' tour!
